Candy-making workshop set at SCOPE center

A free candy-making workshop will take place from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Lordstown SCOPE Senior Center, 1776 Salt Springs Road. Gloria Slifko will demonstrate techniques for making chocolate bunnies and a variety of Easter eggs. For information call the center at 330-824-2173 or stop in. The entrance is in the back of the former Gordon D. James Career Center (current elementary school.)

All candy varieties will be sold at the “Spring Fling” craft show from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 31.
