Bazetta residents escape house fire

BAZETTA

Four fire departments responded to a house fire at 325 state Route 305 about 9:30 p.m. Friday that caused damage to a bedroom. The house is just east of North Park Avenue.

The four residents of the home got out safely before firefighters arrived. Departments from Champion and Bristol townships and the city of Cortland assisted.
