Bright Futures honors will be given Saturday

YWCA Young Women With Bright Futures Awards will honor outstanding young women at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Holiday Inn.

The high school seniors are selected by school administrators based on leadership, creative talents, the pursuit of academic excellence and volunteer service.

The following will be honored at the 18th annual event: Austintown Fitch, Autumn Krempasky; Boardman, Pari Shah; Campbell Memorial, Cristin Duraney; Canfield, Gina Mancini; Cardinal Mooney, Briana Dannessa; Chaney, Tiffany Vasko; Choffin CTC, Khadijah Jenkins; East, Patricia Sharp; Girard, Miranda Boarts; Hubbard, Kaitlyn Evans; Jackson-Milton, Elizabeth Stoneburner; Liberty, Sara Esmail; Life Skills Center, Taylor Jordyn Wamsley; Lowellville, Emily Carlson; Mahoning County CTC, Kaylin Camp; McDonald, Katie Little; Mineral Ridge, Lea Whitmer; Niles McKinley, Stephanie Yasechko; Poland Seminary; Jayne Catlos; Sebring McKinley, Kayla Maretich; South Range, Anna Cullar; Springfield, Amanda Dicks; Struthers, Emily Shipley; Ursuline, Hannah Rooney; West Branch, Nichole Carlton; Western Reserve, Alexandra Hames; Youngstown Christian, Julie Attalla; and Youngstown Early College, Jamielynn Doyle.
