Woman, 67, killed in crash

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-car crash that resulted in the death of a woman.

Troopers said a Chevy Cobalt driven by Kristina M. Ring, 26, of Warren was heading north on Market Street around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday and turned west onto U.S. Route 224. At the same time, a Honda driven by Mary B. Bobby, 55, of Austintown, was traveling south on Market and hit the Cobalt’s right side, according to reports.

Ring had two passengers: Patricia A. Harper, 67, and Daniel P. Ring, 3.

Harper died from her injuries about three hours later at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Everyone else involved in the crash was treated for minor injuries, the patrol said.
