Cash Mob shopping event to be in Howland

Mahoning Valley Cash Mob has selected Animal Welfare’s Menagerie Thrift Store, 6037 E. Market St. (Old 82), as the location for its next Shopping Event starting at 11 a.m. March 17. In addition, Up A Creek Restaurant will donate 10 percent to Animal Welfare for any meals or refreshments from any Cash Mob member on that day.
