Library to offer Skype event on online safety

The Hubbard Public Library, 436 W. Liberty St., has scheduled a special Skype session with Sarah Darer Littman at 7 p.m. Thursday, when online safety for teens and their families will be discussed.

She is the author of “Want to Go Private.” The book is a young adult book that address what happens when a teen no longer views the person she is talking to online as a stranger and the consequences of that misperception.
