For his military service

The Hon. Robert P. Milich, right, judge of Youngstown Municipal Court, is presented with the MOAA Ambassador Award from Col. Walter Duzzny, U.S.A., Ret., president of the Mahoning and Shanango Valleys Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. Judge Milich is a retired Lt. Col. of the U.S. Air Force. The MOAA Ambassador Award is the first presented by the local chapter.
