In observance of its 200th anniversary, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 388 E. Midlothian Blvd., will host special events throughout the year.

The first will be a spaghetti dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. next Saturday. Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger. Dinner includes spaghetti with meatballs, salad, bread and butter, dessert and beverge. For takeout, call 330-788-8797.

An ice-cream social will be June 2 featuring a Handel ice- cream sundae bar. The cost is $4. Music and entertainment will be provided.

A play, “Glory Train,” will be performed in September at the church; the date will be announced.

An anniversary service will be Oct. 28 featuring men’s and celestial choirs of New Covenant Lutheran Church in Cleveland along with organ and harp music. A catered dinner will follow the service.
