Air Force brass band in concert at college

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.

The Westminster College department of music will host Wright Brass of the U.S. Air Force Band of Flight in concert at 2 p.m. March 15 in Orr Auditorium. The program is free and open to the public.

Wright Brass, one of four classical ensembles within the U.S. Air Force Band of Flight, blends sound, style and humor.

It performs at many high-level military functions and has conducted master classes at many colleges across the nation.

The U.S. Air Force Band of Flight is one of 12 bands in the Air Force.

Its purpose is to support the global Air Force mission in war and peace by fostering our national heritage and providing professional musical services for official military, recruiting and community events.
