The Winner will host Bridal Matinee event

Madeline Gardner, bridal gown designer from New York, will be on hand Sunday for The Winner Bridal Matinee at the James E. Winner Jr. Arts & Culture Center, 98 E. State St.

The show will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and vendors include ceremony and reception venues, florists, photographers and jewelers. The fashion show at 2:30 p.m. will feature gowns from The Winner.

Registered brides will be entered to win a grand prize $3,000 honeymoon vacation. Second- and third-prize winners will each receive a $1,000 vacation voucher, and each vendor is providing door prizes.
