Nominees needed for Valley Legacy Awards

AUSTINTOWN

The Valley Legacy Advisory Board is seeking nominations for the Valley Legacy Awards.

These awards honor people who deserve recognition for a lifetime of working to improve the Mahoning Valley or people who have provided exceptional support of older Americans through their professional, volunteer or civic roles.

Nominees must have left a lasting legacy for our community and inspired others through their work ethic, concern and enthusiasm for the betterment of our community.

Awards will be presented in two categories, Outstanding Senior and Outstanding Advocate for Seniors, on Oct. 11 at the Eighth Annual Valley Legacy Awards Luncheon. All nominees will receive recognition during the program for their good works.
