Police, Children Services investigate sexual imposition case

HUBBARD

Hubbard Township police and Mahoning County Children Services are investigating claims of gross sexual imposition involving two minors.

Police said the mother of a 3-year-old boy reported that her son was assaulted by a 13-year-old relative on June 26.

Because the victim is a Mahoning County resident, the county’s children services agency is investigating the claim. No charges have been filed.
