Valley home sales on the rise

Homes sales increased throughout the region in May 2012 over the previous year.

The biggest change was in Trumbull and Columbiana counties were sales were up 13 and 11 respectively, according to figures from the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors. In Mahoning County there were 189 homes sold in May, two more than the previous year.
