YOUNGSTOWN

Cheree M. Ready and Joseph W. Allen, both of Youngstown, are announcing their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The open ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. Sept. 1 at Christ Centered Church. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at St. Columba Parish Hall in Youngstown.

The bride-elect graduated from Choffin Career Center with a degree in cosmetology and medical billing and is a managing hairstylist at Imaginations Hair & Nail Salon in Boardman.

The prospective groom completed an apprenticeship with Enertech Electrical in Youngstown, where he is employed as a journeyman.
