Massage parlor hearing not yet under way

Private negotiations are going on between Warren Law Director Greg Hicks and lawyers for eight massage parlors. The parlors were due in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court this morning for a hearing on whether the parlors should remain closed. Sources close to the negotiations say a tentative settlement agreement has been reached with seven of the parlors. The hearing, scheduled for 9 a.m. today, has not yet begun.
