Tylor Rhoads threw a two-hit shutout. He struck out six and did not walk a batter. Logan Kane led the way for Roth with two hits, including a double. Terrod Palmer had a hit, an RBI and scored a run while Austin Eppstein and Mike Fetchet each added a hit and a run scored in the game.

Kevin Sierra started the offense when he singled and was driven in by Tyler Gentile. Two more scored on ground outs by Leonel Fliets and Mitchell Lake. The offense was paced by Kevin Sierra with three hits and three runs while John Weisman had two hits and two runs as well. For Express, in the loss, Parker Clegg and CJ Nocera each singled.

Diamond 9’s 7, Wharmby Sports 0

Jon Taylor tossed a two-hit shutout, striking out four and walking two. Pat Carlozzi had two hits, an RBI and a run scored for Diamond 9’s while Anthony Clinkscale and Vinny Janetti each had a hit, an RBI and a run scored. Derrick Brogdan added a hit and an RBI while Dylan Duchek had a hit and scored a run. Ron Deamicis and Dylan Sargous each had a hit for Wharmby.

Livi Steel 3, Toyota Of Warren 2

Brandon Cerr got the victory for Livi pitching 6 2/3 innings, giving up two unearned runs on just four hits, while striking out and walking three batters each. Kevin Arnold recorded the final out to pick up the save. Colin McKee pitched a complete game in the loss for Toyota, giving up three unearned runs on six hits, while striking out 10 batters and walking four. Mike Montalbano led the way for Livi with three hits and a run scored while Zarek Bell had two hits and scored two runs as well. Edmond Pilolli hit a triple in the loss for Toyota.

Roth Brothers 4, Diamond 9’s 3

Roth Brothers won in the bottom of the seventh inning on an error. Adam Robb picked up the win in relief of Dillon Fair. Fair pitched the first 5 1/3 innings, allowing three runs on six hits while walking three and striking out two. Joe Tuchek led the Roth offense with two hits, including a triple, two RBIs and a run scored. Tylor Rhoads and Mike Fetchet each had a hit and an RBI while Noah Arvin and Marco Macali each scored a run in the game.

Livi Steel 5, Youngstown Express 4, 8 innings

Darrell Brammer pitched the first seven innings for Livi to earn the win. Brammer gave up four runs (only two earned) on nine hits, while striking out and walking two batters each. Ryan Wolfe recorded the final out to pick up his second save. Jake Foster was the hitting star of the game, banging out three hits, including a double, scoring two runs and adding an RBI. Austin Beil had a hit, one RBI and scored a run while Mike Montalbano added a hit and a run scored. Anthony Lariccia slugged two hits, Chris Elliot had an RBI, and Zarek Bell scored a run for Livi in the win. C.J. Nocerra had a hit and an RBI, Tristan Bova had a hit and scored a run, and Matt Lacko hit a triple in the game for Express.

Astro Falcons 12, Bel-Park 2

Dom Gore allowed two runs in five innings with five walks and four strikeouts for his third win. Astro had 13 hits. Eight came from three players: Bubba Wells, two hits; Alex Bell, two hits; and Dan Popio four hits and four RBIs. For Bel-Park ,Tom Chicalelli and Austin Downie each had two hits.
