Hagan will be speaker at East Side center

YOUNGSTOWN

State Rep. Bob Hagan will be the guest speaker at a board meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at E.B. Family Life Center, 7 S. Garland Ave.

His topics will be earthquakes, the fracking process, regulations for injection wells, brine disposal and jobs.

The meeting also is for members of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church and the public.
