Watercolor painting program offered

A free program on watercolor painting will be presented at 4 p.m. June 27 at the Liberty Branch of Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 415 Church Hill-Hubbard Road.

Dagmar Amrheim, who uses art books from the library’s collection for ideas, will use a book to teach students how to paint a watercolor. Supplies will be provided.
