Secret Service agent involved in shooting

COLUMBUS

Columbus police say a U.S. Secret Service agent was involved in a shooting near the agency’s offices not far from downtown.

Police Sgt. Rich Weiner says the agent was not hurt and police are looking for a possible suspect and are unsure if that person was injured.

Weiner says the shooting happened late Thursday afternoon around the corner from the Secret Service offices on the south side of the downtown area.
