Mahoning County welcomes 5 new citizens

YOUNGSTOWN — Five people became U.S. citizens in a naturalization ceremony this week before Judge Mark A. Belinky of Mahoning County Probate Court. The oath of citizenship was administered by Anthony Vivo, clerk of courts.

The new citizens, their hometowns and countries of origin, are: Gurpreet Kaur, Poland, India; Ngan Thanh Tran Wiley, Canfield, Vietnam; Mei Fen Lin, Austintown, People’s Republic of China; Evelyn Rubidia Banos De Pappalardo, Canfield, El Salvador; Panteleimon Georgios Trikilis, Campbell, Greece.
