Youngstown hires firm to help with V&M project

YOUNGSTOWN

The city’s board of control hired a Youngstown firm for $93,905 to handle design work related to V&M Star’s roll shop on Salt Springs Road.

The board today selected MS Consultants to do the work, which includes topographic surveying, design drawings, writing contract documents and cost estimates.
