CANFIELD

Joe and Debbie Maruskin of Canfield are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Katie Maruskin, to Carl Christian. The couple reside in Nashville, Tenn.

The future groom is the son of Clay Christian of Stephenville, Texas, and Betty Jean Christian, also of Stephenville.

Harpeth Hills Church of Christ in Brentwood, Tenn., will be the setting for the June 23 ceremony. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at The Factory in Franklin, in Franklin, Tenn.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is a program coordinator at the Arthritis Foundation, Southeast Region, in Nashville, Tenn.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Texas A&M University and is employed as a Senior Marketing Specialist for Schneider Electric in Nashville.
