Salvation Army health fair continues until 2 p.m. today

YOUNGSTOWN — The Salvation Army Mahoning County Area Services’ annual free Get Your Health On event for the aged, blind and disabled continues until 2 p.m. today at the agency’s facility at 2501 Glenwood Ave. Lunch will be provided.

Activities at the event, also sponsored by United Healthcare Medicare Solutions and its Community Plan, Plaza Optical, Gainard Financial and the Ohio State Nutrition Extension Program, include healthy food demonstrations, educational presentations, health screenings, vendor displays, and an auction.
