Police seek woman in Dollar General armed robbery

LIBERTY — Township police are investigating an armed robbery that took place Sunday night at the Dollar General store on Logan Way.

Police officials said a manager was walking through the store when she was approached by a black female wearing an all-black track suit. The suspect pulled a silver object from her pocket and pushed it against the manager's back and said "take me to the office or I will shoot you," according to a police report.

After realizing the money was in a time safe and could not be accessed, the suspect left traveling north on Logan Way.
