Medical group offers rabies vaccinations at 12 places Wednesday

The Trumbull County Veterinary Medical Association is offering animal rabies vaccinations at 12 locations from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

The cost is $15 for the first pet and $10 for each additional pet, cash only.

All dogs, cats and ferrets are required to have rabies vaccines in the county.

All animals must be brought by an adult with the pet wearing a leash and collar.

First-time vaccinations are for one year. For a three-year vaccination, pet owners must bring a vaccination certificate.

The vaccinations will be offered at: the Dog Park at Mosquito Lake Park in Bazetta, Bristol Township Garage, Brookfield Township Fire Department, Champion Township Garage, Cortland City Garage, Howland Park’s Rotary Pavilion, Hubbard Township Administration Building, Kinsman Fire Department, Churchill Park in Liberty, Newton Township Garage, Waddell Park Pavilion in Niles, and Packard Park in Octagon Shelter in Warren.
