Allison Horvat to be aided by benefit

YOUNGSTOWN

Golden String Inc. will sponsor a pasta dinner in support of Allison Horvat, a 28-year-old with Down Syndrome who has been stricken with keratoconus, a blinding eye disease.

The dinner will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. June 29 at the Purple Cat at the Pearl Street Mission, 334 N. Pearl St. There will be a 50-50 raffle and a basket auction.
