Luncheon planned for nonprofit groups

The Mahoning/Shenango Valley Planned Giving Council will host a luncheon for area nonprofits at noon Tuesday at the Youngstown Club, 201 E. Commerce St.

Guest speaker is Judge Mark Belinky of Mahoning County Probate Court, who will discuss the roles of the probate court, how the court can assist your organization, and recent/ pending legislation change. A question-and-answer session will follow his presentation.

Judge Belinky received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University, summa cum laude, with honors in government. He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

He has served as president of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, East Side Kiwanis Club and the Jewish Community Relations Council.

The cost is $15 per member and $20 for nonmembers.
