Jon Anderson and Tony Mehle combined to toss a no-hitter on Wednesday as Toyota of Warren defeated Youngstown Express, 9-1, in Class B action at Cene Park.

Cody Pitzo led the Toyota offense with three hits and two RBIs. Tyler Slepski had two hits and scored twice. Edmond Pilolli tripled.

Toyota of Warren 6, Creekside 1

For Toyota (5-4), Pitzo tripled and scored on GJ Senchak’s single.

Mike Wittman doubled home Edmond Pilolli and Senchak. Senchak had three hits while Ryan O’Hara doubled and scored on Pitzo’s hit.

For Creekside (7-1), Joe Killian had three hits and drove in the run.

Kuboff & Associates 4, Roth Brothers 2

Sam Donko tossed a three-hitter for Kuboff & Associates. John Weisman and Kevin Sierra scored runs for Kuboff.

Livi Steel 4, Wharmby Sports 2

For Livi (4-4), Jake Foster knocked in Joe Wilaj and Zarek Bell. Austin Beil, Bell and Foster each had two hits.

For Wharmby (1-7), Dylan Sargous tripled and doubled. Anthony Paris also had two hits.

Astro Falcons 8, Youngstown Express 3

Winning pitcher Jeff Vizzuzo allowed three runs and three hits. He walked one and struck out nine.

Bubba Wells, Dan Popio, Matt Unkefer, Nico DiIanni and James Coates had RBIs. Wells had four hits and scored three runs.

For Youngstown Express, CJ Nocera doubled.

Diamond 9’s 9, Bel-Park 8

Josh Nichols had two hits and scored twice for the winners.

For Bel-Park, Mark Seals had two hits and three RBIs.

Seals, Dylan Duchek and Vinny Janetti hit doubles.
