Police have suspect in mind in Weatherspoon homicide

YOUNGSTOWN — Police said they have "a strong suspect" in mind for the shooting death of Dion Weatherspoon on Wednesday. Police Chief Rod Foley said he hopes to have warrants issued for an arrest in the next day or two.

He declined at this point to release any names.
