Youngstown school board meets Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The regular meeting of the Youngstown Board of Education will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Irene L. Ward Building, 20 W. Wood St., preceded by an open caucus at 5:30 p.m. when the board may adjourn to executive session. Formal action may be taken.
