Rally next Sunday for Obama

YOUNGSTOWN

Simply United Together will host a rally next Sunday for the re-election of President Barack Obama.

At noon, the group will be at Christ Centered Church, 3300 Hudson Ave.

A gathering from 4 to 6 p.m. will be in the parking lot at the former Mr. Paul’s Bakery, Glenwood Avenue, with Spoken Word, Harambee Youth Dancers, a disc jockey and step-dancing show.

Voter registration will take place at both sites. Participating is 1911United, composed of members of predominantly black fraternities Kappa Alpha Psi and Omega Psi Phi who are doing a 25-city tour for voter registration and education.
