Falcon Transport Company is hosting a ribbon- cutting ceremony Tuesday at 11 a.m. to commemorate the arrival of new trucks. Falcon bought 50 new vehicles.

The event will take place at Falcon’s facility at 1315 Church Hill-Hubbard Road in Liberty Township.

Tablets at Phantom to show fireworks

Phantom Fireworks has introduced hand-held tablets in each of its showrooms that will allow sales representatives to give customers instant video previews of virtually all of their most-popular fireworks.

Phantom Fireworks IT experts Ray Detwiler and Joel Kendall modified more than 300 Barnes & Noble Nook Color tablets allowing the tablets to play videos of more than 100 Phantom products in action. The tablets also include a calculator application so sales representatives can estimate the costs.

Health, work-force conference for men

A health and work-force conference for men is scheduled for Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Oak Hill Renaissance Center at 345 Oak Hill Avenue in Youngstown.

The event will include information about employment and educational requirements for the manufacturing and health industries.

InfoCision marks 10th anniversary

InfoCision Management Corporation celebrated the 10th anniversary of its New Castle location. The celebration included guest speakers and a ceremony honoring employees that have been with the company since its early days operating in the community.

The company is in the former home of Troutman’s Dry Goods in downtown New Castle, after completing a multimillion-dollar renovation project at the historical building in November 2008. InfoCision employs 325 people in New Castle.

Renovation complete

HERMITAGE, PA.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Hermitage, Pa., has completed a renovation. The renovation took one month to complete and consists of a new outside guest patio, altered seating, new landscaping, two flat-screen television sets, remodeled restrooms and a new front door.
