Judge Kobly to replace Judge Douglas on board

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County commissioners have appointed Judge Elizabeth Kobly of Youngstown Municipal Court to replace the retiring Judge Robert Douglas on the county’s corrections planning board, which concerns itself with the county jail and probation and community corrections systems.

The board has members representing the local judiciary, the commissioners and mental health board and the Mahoning-Columbiana Training Association.
