Miss Freebourn, Mr. Corpa plan July wedding

Jasmine R. Freebourn and Joe E. Corpa, both of Boardman, are announcing their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Lee and Cheryl Freebourn of Ashtabula.

Parents of the future groom are Joni Derenzo of Boardman and Joseph Corpa of Poland.

The couple will exchange vows July 14 in a late afternoon ceremony at New Apostolic Church in Champion. An evening reception will take place at Aulizio’s Banquet Center in Warren. Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Freebourn graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is a caseworker at Trumbull County Job and Family Services in Warren.

Mr. Corpa earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Youngstown State University. He is employed as an assistant manager at Wal-Mart in Salem.
