Florida couple will marry in North Lima rite

PETERSBURG

Bartley and Penny Felger of Petersburg are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Talley Bair Felger, to Stephen Forrest Miller, both of Lakeland, Fla. The future groom is the son of Robert and Kathleen Miller of Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

The couple will exchange vows in an afternoon ceremony July 14 at Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima. A reception in their honor is being planned at The Youngstown Club in downtown Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Westminster College and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of South Florida. She is employed as a dean of students with Polk County School District in Lakeland.

Mr. Miller graduated from Florida Southern College with a bachelor’s degree and is pursuing a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of South Florida. He is a teacher for Polk County School District in Lakeland.
