Strawberry festival planned at church

GIRARD

First Presbyterian Church, 890 Church Hill Road, will have a strawberry festival from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday. There will be strawberry shortcake with ice cream, sloppy joes and hot dogs. Quarts of fresh-picked strawberries also will be available. For information call the church at 330-505-1192.
