Man pleads to raping daughter, gets sentenced

Cody A. Beemer, who raped his daughter during a visit at the Trumbull County Children Services offices last year, pleaded guilty Tuesday to 10 charges and has been sentenced to life in prison.

Beemer, 23, of Austin Avenue Southeast, whose crimes touched off criminal and administrative investigations into Children Services’ practices, will be eligible for parole after serving 25 years.
