InfoCision Management Corporation promoted Tina Parker of Youngstown to senior call-center manager at the company’s Austintown location in the nonprofit division. As senior call-center manager, Parker will continue to lead the Austintown center’s development, managing call-center programs, training program supervisors and maintaining the general functions of the center. She also will take an active role in mentoring new call-center managers.

Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell has hired attorney Gina L. Strickland to the firm’s Youngstown office. Strickland joins HHM from Kenyon Energy LLC, of Oklahoma City, where she focused on real-estate law in Ohio and West Virginia. Strickland’s practice will initially be concentrated on real-estate matters for HHM’s oil and gas clients. Strickland graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. She received her juris doctorate magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich., where she also earned a master’s in corporate law and finance. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Consumers National Bank has designated Becky Miller, AVP Agricultural Loan Officer, to cover the western parts of its market. Miller will be based out of the Bank’s Hartville location. She will cover Stark, Portage, Summit, Wayne, Tuscarawas and parts of the surrounding counties.

Joel D. Matthews, a private wealth adviser with Ameriprise Financial, was named to the 2012 Chairman’s Advisory Council. Matthews once again qualified for the council based on distinguished performance and client service. He joins other top-ranked advisers to discuss current issues and business opportunities with Ameriprise Financial Chairman and CEO James Cracchiolo and other Ameriprise Financial leaders. The Chairman’s Advisory Council was established in 1984, and advisers must qualify each year.

AHEPA Management Company, a property-management company that provides on-site management and maintenance services to 86 HUD-subsidized, senior- apartment communities around the country, has recognized Colleen Dixson, Property Manager at AHEPA 89 Apartments, 44 Boardman Blvd., Boardman, for completion of a Certified Occupancy Specialist Advanced Course with the National Center for Housing Management.

Keith Campanelli, chief financial officer and practice manager for Austintown Pediatrics Inc., was a featured panelist at the HIMSS conference’s Summit for Health Information & Financial Technology in Las Vegas from Feb. 21-24. Campanelli spoke on the evolving role of the provider CFO and how he has successfully balanced his practice’s requirements of health-funding management with the everyday tasks associated with maintaining a healthy revenue cycle.

John Hostetler of Columbiana, Northeast Ohio Adoption Services Director of Quality Assurance, received the 2012 Outstanding Service award from the Ohio Chapter Region IV of the National Association of Social Workers. The ceremony was May 4.
