Jennifer N. Watson and William S. Farr, both of Austintown, were united in marriage in an afternoon ceremony Oct. 29, 2011, at Austintown Community Church.
The Rev. Gary Marcey performed the ceremony for the daughter of William and Cheri Watson of Austintown and the son of Lee and Kimberly Edwards and Darryl and Ellie Farr, all of Villa Rica, Ga.
A reception took place at the Regency House in Austintown.
The bride wore an ivory strapless tulle gown with a floral design accented with pearls and sequins.
Maid of honor was Mary Campbell. Bridesmaids were Amanda Watson, the bride’s sister-in-law, and Katie Dunn, Allison Spadaford and Bailey Carson. Junior bridesmaid was Jenna Chmelik, the bride’s cousin. Flower girls were Ashley Chmelik, the bride’s cousin, and Callie Duncan, the groom’s niece. The attendants wore black dresses with pink accents.
Corey Callow served as best man. Groomsmen were Andrew Watson and Travis Watson, the bride’s brothers, and Thomas Mannion and Michael Saltsman. Junior usher was Joseph Watson, and ring bearer was David Watson, both cousins of the bride.
The bride is attending Youngstown State University, where she is working toward a degree in nursing. She is a cashier at Home Depot in Austintown.
Mr. Farr attended YSU. A cook at Arby’s in Austintown, he entered the U.S. Air Force on Nov. 8, 2011.
The couple are planning a delayed honeymoon to Florida.
