Springfield's Lyons wins shot put title

Springfield senior Stephen Lyons won the Division III shot put title with a throw of 59 feet, 10 1/2 inches at Friday's state track and field meet at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.

Mineral Ridge's Jacob Chiclowe was fourth.
