Austintown church hosts annual 5K race

Immaculate Heart of Mary church in Austintown will sponsor a 5K Festival Fun Run on June 7. The event is an evening run that starts at 7 p.m. There is a short, about 1/4 mile kids run for those in sixth grade or under that takes place just before the start of the 5K. All runners must be registered to participate. Advance registration is $13 for the 5K fun run. Race day registration is $15. The kids run has no entry fee, but all kids must register to run.
