A summary of police activity in the city of Canfield and Austintown:

CANFIELD

July 7

Theft: Police charged Johnathan Duesenberry, 21, of 5941 Calico Lane, Canfield with theft and Katelyn Imburgia, 22, of 9790 W. Hill Drive, Canfield, with theft and receiving stolen property in the theft of jewelry from a home in the 20 block of Montgomery Court.

Drug abuse: Police charged David Dankovich, 24, of 145 Callahan Road, Canfield, with drug abuse of suspected heroin and for having several syringes.

July 18

Arrest: Police arrested Ryan Davis, 30, of 3702 U.S. Route 422, Southington, on a warrant for theft.

July 20

Arrest: Police arrested James Tribble, 28, of 5500 Sharon Drive, Boardman, on two Canfield Mayor’s Court warrants for failure to appear.

July 23

Criminal mischief: A Herbert Road resident reported that someone threw objects at his vehicle.

July 24

Drug abuse: Police charged Chad Ford, 32, of 19 Halls Height Ave., Youngstown, with drug abuse of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after his arrest in the city.

July 25

Arrest: Police arrested Joel Moore, 36, of Kensington, on a warrant out of Carroll County.

July 28

Drug abuse: Police charged Seth Shidemantle, 20, of Zelionople, Pa., with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Rylee Popio, 19, of Mogadore, with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia after their arrest in the city.

AUSTINTOWN

July 23

Breaking and entering: A fenced-in area and a vehicle inside it were broken into at the Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: Locks were cut on six units which were entered at Blake’s Mini Storage, 2024 S. Raccoon Road. Four of the units were empty.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 100 block of Idlewood Road.

Criminal damaging: An unidentified substance was thrown on the siding of a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Theft: A wallet was lost and a credit card was used and charged $1,200 at a Shell service station, 1704 S. Raccoon Road.

Arrest: Police arrested Amy Hall, 22, of 7431 Sierra Madre Drive, Boardman, on a warrant for burglary.

Burglary: Several electronics were taken from a home in the 200 block of South Canfield-Niles Road.

July 24

Arrest: Police arrested Stacie Walton, 42, of 1666 Lancaster Drive, for obstructing official business and on a warrant for failure to appear for trial.

Arrest: Police arrested Katrina Bennett, 22, of 1194 N. Meridian Road, on a warrant for child endangerment, and James Lamb, 31, of 1924 Bancroft Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant for child abuse.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 200 block of North Beverly Avenue.

Breaking and entering: Power tools were stolen at Uncle Bob’s Storage, 3690 LeHarps Road.

Breaking and entering: A second incident of theft of tools occurred later at Uncle Bob’s Storage.

Criminal damaging: Eggs were thrown at a residence in the 4000 block of Woodmere Drive.

Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Elmwood Avenue.

Theft: A wallet, camera and iPod headset were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 3000 block of Johnson Farm Court.

Burglary: A house was entered and televisions and jewelry were taken in the 4000 block of Norquest Boulevard.

Theft: An online student did not return a computer at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Theft: Another online student never returned a computer at Austintown Fitch High School.

Theft: A total of $101.10 in gasoline was stolen in a drive-off at Country Fair, 1143 S. Niles-Canfield Road.

Theft: A purse was stolen at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An iPod was stolen from an auto parked at St. Elizabeth Emergency and Diagnostic Center, 6252 Mahoning Ave.

July 25

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Adam Johns, 18, of 173 S. Raccoon Road, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrest: Police arrested Misti Campbell, 25, of 5110 Willowcrest Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear on a drug abuse charge.

Assault: A female was assaulted by 15 other females at the Go-Go Girls Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Drive.

Menacing: Menacing comments were made on Facebook at a home in the 1000 block of Ohltown Road.

Breaking and entering: A shed was broken into at a home in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.

July 26

Theft: Prescription medications were taken at the Babylon, 114 Javitt Court.

Criminal trespassing: Police charged Neasha Taylor, 22, of 2219 Cherry Hill Ave., Youngstown with criminal trespassing at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Telecommunications harassment: Calls and texts from an ex-husband were reported at a home in the 3000 block of Acton Avenue.

Menacing: An employee was threatened by another employee at Superior Beverage, 425 Victoria Road.

Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.

Arrest: Police arrested William Cupan, 31, of 613 N. St. Clair Ave., Girard, on a warrant for burglary.

Assault: An assault occurred at Regal Cinemas, 6020 Mahoning Ave.

July 27

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Lamar Makle, 22, of 6082 Applecrest Court, Boardman, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Drug offense: Police issued summonses to Timothy McBride, 23, of 237 Trumbull Ave., Warren, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: A purse was taken from a home in the 5000 block of Interstate Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: A window to a residence was damaged in the 4000 block of Norquest Boulevard

Theft: School books were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 5000 block of Stanford Avenue.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Paisley Street.

Arrest: Police arrested Nicholas McVicker, 25, of 50 Stoney Brooke Drive, Hubbard, on a warrant for domestic violence and criminal damaging.

Menacing: Neighbors were reported to be menacing at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Drug offense: A total of $900 was found after two gunshots were fired during a drug deal at North Main Street and Oakwood Avenue.

July 28

Theft: A vehicle was damaged and items were stolen at the Wedgewood Plaza, 1749 S. Raccoon Road.

Auto theft: A 16-year-old took the mother’s vehicle in the 3000 block of Sandlewood Court.

Breaking and entering: A window was broken out and the building entered at Lynn Kirk Elementary School, 4211 Kirk Road.

Drug offense: Police charged Armando Rios, 18, of 857 Compass West Drive, with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: 90 Tramadol pills were stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Idlewood Road.

Criminal damaging: A window was broken out on a vehicle parked at a home in the 4000 block of Nottingham Avenue.

Theft: A wallet and medications were taken from a vehicle parked at apartments in the 900 block of Compass West.

Criminal damaging: A rear window on a vehicle was broken out at Walgreens, 5501 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.

Recovered property: Three BB guns and a knife were recovered at South Raccoon Road and Lake roads.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to James Matlock, 26, of 1756 N. Park Ave., Warren, for possession of marijuana.

Burglary: $8,000 in tools were stolen from a home in the 2000 block of Elm Trace.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Brian Golek, 22, of 183 Tremble St., Campbell, for possession of marijuana.

July 29

Criminal damaging: A victim’s truck was damaged by a BB gun at a home in the 5000 block of Willowcrest Drive.

Assault: A female was struck by a male at a home in the 1000 block of North Navarre Avenue.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was broken out at Walmart.

Disorderly conduct: Police charged Sherri Stokes, 45, of 3410 Flo Lor Drive, No. 2, and Richard Crissman, 41, of 6098 Callaway Circle, No. 3, with the charges after their arrest at the Austintown Plaza.

Assault: Police issued a summons to Shelly Richardson, 54, of 850 N. Meridian Road, for assault.

Theft: A debit card was reported stolen at a home in the 1000 block of Raspberry Lane.
