The league is forming a book club with the first meeting planned at 6 p.m. Aug. 22 at the home of Dr. Brothers. The first book will be “It’s Even Worse Than It Looks: How the American Constitutional System Collided with the New Politics of Extremism” by Thomas E. Mann, Brookings Institute, and Norman J.
