Rotary club installs officers

The Rotary Club of Youngstown recently installed officers for the 2012-2013 club year. From left to right are: Paul Garchar, vice president; Carol Chamberlain, treasurer; Ronald Cornell Faniro, president; Becky Keck, secretary; and Scott R. Schulick, president-elect.
