Dooney’s to open with plaza party

YOUNGSTOWN

Dooney’s Downtown Grille and Bar will have its grand opening Friday by continuing the Party on the Plaza tradition begun by its predecessor at the site, Buffalo Wild Wings.

The bands Graphic Pink and Silencer will perform starting at 8 p.m.

Dooney’s will open at 11:30 a.m. daily.

It will close at midnight Sunday through Wednesday, 1 a.m. Thursday, and 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.

The new bar and restaurant will include an expanded menu that includes pizza, and 18 televisions and big screens for viewing sporting events.

The owners are Chris Sammarone, Bryan Ridder and J.P. Daliman.
