BUSINESS DIGEST || 3-county recruiting event

The One-Stop Workforce System of Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties has scheduled recruiting events in all three counties for Things Remembered, the personalized gift retailer.

The company is seeking to hire 20 permanent production teammates for its North Jackson distribution center. Positions are available on first and second shift and pay $8 an hour.

Employees must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess excellent spelling skills, have basic computer and Windows skills and be able to work weekends and overtime. Previous layout and design experience is helpful.

A recruiting event will be held Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Trumbull County One-Stop, 280 North Park Ave. in Warren; on Wednesday at the Mahoning County One-Stop, Boardman Plaza, Route 224 in Boardman, from 8 a.m. until noon; and finally on July 31, at the Columbiana County One-Stop, 7860 Lincoln Place in Lisbon, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
