Police are looking for the group of men who kicked in the front door to a South Side home early Thursday and terrorized two teens during a home invasion.

According to police reports, a 19-year-old woman was sleeping inside a house in the 500 block of Breaden Avenue about 2 a.m. while a 16-year-old male resident was in another part of the house playing video games. Both were shocked when the front door was kicked in and four men holding guns entered the house.

The 19-year-old told police she immediately hid under a bed and could describe only the shoes worn by the four armed intruders.

The 16-year-old boy told police one of the men put a gun to his head and asked, “Where are all the guns?” The boy told the man there were no guns in the house, and the four intruders then stole a gaming system, a flat-screen television and a wallet.

The two teens waited until the men left, then ran to a nearby house and called police.

Officers spoke to witnesses in the area at the time. Officers were unable to find damage to the front door to the house or any other entrance.
