Miss Thayer will wed Mr. Ward at Old North Church

The parents of Brianna Thayer are announcing her engagement of Corey Ward. The bride-elect, of Boardman, is the daughter of Thomas R. and Claire Thayer of Austintown, and the future groom, of Canfield, is the son of Larry and Mary Ward, also of Austintown.

The couple will exchange vows in an afternoon ceremony Sept. 22 at Old North Church in Canfield. An evening reception in their honor is being planned at The Links at Firestone in Columbiana. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Thayer graduated from The Hair Academy and is employed as a master cutter with Casal’s de Spa & Salon in Canfield.

Mr. Ward is the owner of Ward Core Promotions in Austintown.
