Guests celebrate first tea at Barnhisel

The first tea at the Barnhisel House is commemorated by guests, from left, Marcena Dilley, Betty Linville, Nancy Patterson and Michelle Mazzella. The Barnhisel House, operated by Girard Historical Society, is located on Youngstown-Warren Road (Route 422) in Girard. It is open from 1 to 4 p.m. the second and fourth Sundays of the month. An exhibit of antique tools is currently featured. Donations are accepted. Visitors may buy calendars and postcards. Memberships are available by calling 330-545-6559 or 330-545-6162.
