BB Baseball to host camp

BB Baseball will be conducting an instructional camp on Aug. 5 at the Westminster College baseball field in Wilmington, Pa. The camp instructors will be Westminster head baseball coach Tim Mulligan and professional baseball scout and head coach at Carnegie Mellon University, Claudio Reilsono. Old Dutch Mill Golf Course to host charity scramble

A golf scramble will be held on July 28 at the Old Dutch Mill Golf Course, 2745 Grandview Road, Lake Milton, in honor of Michael “Bub” Markota. The youth, who has Down Syndrome, recently graduated from Western Reserve High School. All proceeds will benefit the Multiple Disabilities program at Western Reserve High School.

The cost is $65 per person for advance tickets and $75 per person the day of the event. There must be four people per team. Tickets include lunch, dinner, and beverages. There will be cash awards and 50/50 raffle tickets, as well as baskets. For more information, call Dave Markota at 330-503-8534.
